|1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk||1 cup peanut butter|
|1 egg||1 teaspoon vanilla extract|
|2 cups biscuit baking mix||sugar|
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In large bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add biscuit mix and mix well. Chill at least one hour.
- Shape into one inch balls and roll in sugar. Place two inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Do not overbake.
- Cool. Store covered at room temperature.
Makes about 5 dozen.
For a change, do not flatten and press a chocolate kiss in the center of each cookie immediately after baking to make Peanut Butter Cookie Kisses.
