|1 cup butter or margarine, softened||2 eggs|
|1 cup packed brown sugar||2 cups flour|
|1 package chocolate instant pudding||1 teaspoon baking soda|
|1 package (6 squares) white chocolate, chopped|
- Heat oven to 350.
- Cream butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add dry pudding mix and beat until blended. Add eggs and mix well. Gradually add flour and baking soda, beating until well blended. Stir in chocolate.
- Drop tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets, then remove to wire racks. Cool Completely.
Makes about 3 1/2 dozen
