I have always made homemade sloppy joes. But, my hubby made some smoked hamburger. I then needed to use it to make something. I chose my old standby sloppy joes and then made some homemade buns. Yummy!

Smoky Sloppy Joes on Homemade Rolls

Ingredients
  1. 1 Lb. Smoked Ground Beef (click here for recipe)
  2. KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce (or your favorite)
  3. 1/2 C. Sweet Pickle Relish
  4. Homemade Hamburger Buns
Instructions
  1. Cook smoked ground beef till done.
  2. Stir in enough BBQ sauce for the consistency you like and pickle relish.
  3. When heated through spoon on hamburger buns and enjoy!
Notes
  1. You can substitute cooked hamburger for smoked hamburger. You can substitute store bought buns for homemade. Use your favorite BBQ sauce.

Ingredients
  1. Ground Beef
Instructions
  1. Preheat smoker to approximately 95-100ºC (200-220ºF)
  2. Crumble meat and spread over a ceramic baking sheet with sides
  3. Place on a rack in the lower half of the smoker.
  4. Smoke cooks for 1 hour or until full of flavor but not fully cooked.
  5. Cooking time will vary depending on weather and wind conditions.
  6. Remove meat with slotted spoon to large skillet, bowl or sauce pan.
  7. Discard fat.
  8. Continue as outlined in your specific recipe.

Creamy Broccoli Coleslaw

Ingredients
  1. 1 Bag of Broccoli Slaw
  2. Coleslaw Dressing

  3. Coleslaw Dressing:
  4. 3/4 C Mayonnaise
  5. 1/3 C Sour Cream
  6. 1/4 C Sugar
  7. 3/4 Tsp. Seasonall Salt
  8. 1/2 Tsp. Ground Mustard
  9. 1/4 Tsp. Celery Salt
Instructions
  1. Mix Broccoli Slaw with enough coleslaw dressing to coat.
  2. Put in refrigerator for four hours or overnight.
  3. Stir before serving.
